1. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it
2. If the item can not work fine, please check twice to confirm that the item is defective and contact our customer service representative ASAP, tell us the Detailed Problem, we will do our best to solve it for you.
3. We define the item as defective only if it doesn't function as described; it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description before bidding. All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item).
4. We will send out replacement battery immediately if customer agrees to send back the defective one at her/his own cost later.
5. We will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available or buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.
6. A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages, please contact us to get "RMA #" before you ship your items back, items returned without "RMA #" would be ignored or delayed in processing.
